3 3  Dorothy is the current co-chair of the PRRS Steering Committee and a member of the CN-CYR Leadership Council. Dorothy is a physiotherapist and the manager of Rehabilitation Services at the Niagara Children’s Centre. She represents the Ontario Association of Children’s Rehabilitation Services (OACRS) at the PRRS table. She has been involved with the project since its inception as the National Minimum Dataset. Dorothy has as a strong commitment to the use of data to inform practice and participates in a number of committee’s at the provincial level that are furthering this work. She is the current chair of the OACRS Clinical Best Practices Working Group and a member of the OACRS Data Working Group. Dorothy also brings a personal perspective to the table as the mother of 2 children with special needs.

7 7  Siam Javeid is the Manager of Decision Support and Senior Health Information Analyst at the Canadian Association of Paediatric Health Centres (CAPHC). She has over 8 years of project management experience and over 5 years working in the health care sector. In the last three years, Siam has led and worked close with clinical leaders and CIHI to take the PRRS project from inception to implementation and now PRRS is officially live to capture and share data from paediatric rehabilitation centres across the country. The PRRS program will allow a national network of organizations that provide rehabilitation services to children to benchmark the outcomes of their services with similar organizations across Canada. The program will support planning and decision making, help inform health service delivery and ultimately improve the services provided by rehabilitation centres from coast to coast. The experience of leading this project from its inception phase in 2014 to its launch phase has increased Siam’s eagerness and passion in leading organizational and health system change. She is eager to further apply new methodologies that will enhance health systems and bridge the knowledge and cultural gaps in the clinical and healthcare delivery sectors.
